Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
